Delta Blue gets its name from the Delta Blues, one of the earliest styles of blues music, originating in the Mississippi Delta. Our goal is to deliver a cuisine reflective of the vocal style of this blues movement which ranges from introspective and soulful to passionate and firey. The menu is strongly grounded by the influence of this southern region, famous for its friendly hospitality, soulful sounds, and its dynamic cuisine.

Friday, May 10th , Fade to Blues feat. Brian Ready, 9PM – Midnight. No Cover. A typical evening’s set list includes songs from many Texas guitar legends like Johnny Winter, SRV, Albert Collins and Freddie King, as well as some funk, classic rock, fusion, a little bit of swing, as well as Fade to Blues originals. In this two guitar blues band, there are Cuttin’ contests throughout the evening. Guitar duels? Yes! And, stage theatrics to boot. Fade to Blues, with Brian, Derick, Gordy and Andrew, are guaranteed to rock the house.
Saturday, May 11th, StoneGroundExpres. 9PM-Midnight. A mix of country blues, blues, American Roots. Front man Larry Stone- "My music is a mix of country blues, blues, American Roots music- I like to write songs which tell a story- I've been very influenced by the group of musicians I met while living in Woodstock, NY , in the 70;s and then in Texas where I spent some time after Woodstock. "

We come from varied and diverse musical backgrounds, and we celebrate them all. Our music can best be described as "lighter Classic Rock, with a touch of Americana & Folk."
