Delta Blue gets its name from the Delta Blues, one of the earliest styles of blues music, originating in the Mississippi Delta. Our goal is to deliver a cuisine reflective of the vocal style of this blues movement which ranges from introspective and soulful to passionate and firey. The menu is strongly grounded by the influence of this southern region, famous for its friendly hospitality, soulful sounds, and its dynamic cuisine.

One of the hottest bands in the Adirondacks, Spring Street serves up Val's incredible vocals over an instrumental section that gets you moving at every show. Whether they're cranking out an old rock classic or a new hit song, Spring Street delivers night after night.

Friday, April 11th , Fade to Blues, 9pm. No cover. A typical evening’s set list includes songs from many Texas guitar legends like Johnny Winter, SRV, Albert Collins and Freddie King, as well as some funk, classic rock, fusion, a little bit of swing, as well as Fade to Blues originals.  In this two guitar blues band, there are Cuttin’ contests throughout the evening.  Guitar duels? Yes!  And, stage theatrics to boot.  Fade to Blues, with Brian, Derick, Gordy and Andrew, are guaranteed to rock the house.

Saturday, April 12th , Crosswinds, 9pm. No cover. Crosswinds is a three piece  “ Soft Rock ‘n’ Roll “ band based out of Lake Placid, NY.  The bands sets are primarily 50’s, 60’s &70’s music along with some current and original music as well.

It is not for nothing Tas Cru has been called "the master of the triple entendre."  His songs are blues poetry - telltale life lessons crafted with rare verbal flair and delivered with a power and passion the heights of which only the seasoned concert entertainer can reach. Rawcuss, rowdy, gentle, sweet, eccentric, quirky, and outright irreverent are all words that fittingly describe Tas Cru's songs and testify to his reputation as a one of the most unique of bluesmen plying his trade today!

Saturday & Sunday, May 24th & 25th , Reginna & Michael Hill, 9PM .  No Cover. NY Blues Hall of Fame member Regina Bonelli is a blues/soul singer, songwriter and keyboardist born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  Inspired by her father, who was also a musician, Regina began playing piano and guitar at age five.  She has been performing and composing music ever since.  Regina has written an album of original blues songs produced by Michael Hill. The previews are already garnering worldwide radio airplay and two of the songs made the finals in the Show Me The Music Songwriting Competition. Regina is very excited about the release of her upcoming record!

Michael Hill’s Blues Mob has recorded six internationally released albums of their Original, New York-Style Blues. The Mob has captivated audiences in twenty-nine countries around the globe. Beginning with “Bloodlines”, their 1994 Alligator Records debut, they’ve built a distinguished body of work that has drawn world-wide critical and audience acclaim for dynamic musicianship and vivid storytelling. Michael Hill’s lyrics eloquently convey the passion, the humor and the desire for freedom and justice that are intrinsic to the blues. The band transmits those lyrics through blues that is seasoned with flavors of rock, R&B, funk and more, making every show a celebration of music, life and love.
